About the fund

We make help real: food, medicine and a person by your side

“Real Help” is a charity fund that has cared for low-income people since 2023: lonely pensioners, families in hardship, people with disabilities. We do not raise money “for good causes in general”. We buy groceries from a list and medicine from a prescription, and we always know exactly who we are taking it to.

The fund began with a few volunteers who delivered groceries to lonely people. We are still a small fund, but with a tested process: every request is reviewed by a fund helper, we buy in bulk, and a helper photographs every delivery. We are only now opening public fundraising, and you can check us right now.

Four principles we do not compromise on

Targeted help

We know every person in our care personally. No help that goes nowhere: only people a coordinator has checked.

Transparency

Registration documents are open right now, and the fund can be checked in the state registers by its EDRPOU code. A helper photographs every delivery, and the fund provides its annual financial statements on request.

Dignity

Every person in our care has a name and a story. We publish photos and stories only with consent.

Consistency

One delivery helps for a week. Regular care is planned for the whole month ahead. That is why we build regular programmes.
