How to get help
We help with groceries, medicine and care products. The request can be submitted by the person themselves or by a neighbour, relative, social worker or volunteer; the main thing is to tell us about the person who is struggling.
Whom we help
- Lonely elderly people whose pension does not cover basic needs
- Low-income families with children (income below the subsistence minimum per person)
- People with disabilities and families caring for children with special needs
- People who have suddenly fallen into hardship (loss of home, of a breadwinner, serious illness)
Important, so that expectations are honest: we are a small fund, and help depends on the donations raised. A coordinator reads every request, but we do not promise an exact timeframe: when the queue is long, the wait is longer, and we will say so plainly. We make no cash payments; we help with groceries, medicine and items.
