A sensitive, strong Ukrainian woman who carried her burden in silence all her life. She worked 42 years, starting at a radio plant: as an armourer, an inspector, a receiving clerk. The pension is small, and life has not pampered her.
She buried her husband.
Then, one after another, two sons.
She was left entirely alone, with no support, with an ache in her heart that does not subside.
Over the years she has acquired many illnesses: osteochondrosis, gastrointestinal problems, joint diseases, diseases of the cervical spine, osteoarthritis. Every day brings pain, and medicine is needed constantly, while the money barely covers the essentials.
Petrivna endures, does not complain, holds on with her last strength. She believes that there are still kind people.
