Mrs. Tetiana, 90

Tetiana Hryhorivna is 89 years old. Behind her are 46 years of honest work and a far from easy life, full of work, responsibility and endurance.

In 1953 Tetiana Hryhorivna finished school and enrolled in accountancy courses. From a young age she wanted to be independent and to work. In 1955 she began her working life at the DShK, where she worked as a weaver. She later married and started a family, and a few years later she returned to work, for 13 years as a cleaner.

Later fate led her to “Inturist”, where for 24 years she worked as a laboratory assistant at a boiler house. All her life Tetiana Hryhorivna worked conscientiously, was not afraid of any job and gave work almost half a century of her life.

Today Tetiana Hryhorivna is 89 years old. Her pension is only ≈ $113, which barely covers medicine, utilities and the essentials. Despite her advanced age, she remains sincere, kind and grateful for any support and attention.

Now Tetiana Hryhorivna needs the help of caring people, groceries, basic things and care, which for a lonely elderly person is no less important than material support.
