Kateryna Petrivna worked all her life, with more than 38 years of work experience, raised two sons, lived for her family and gave herself without reserve. But fate dealt heavy blows: she lost her husband and both sons, and was left alone with her pain.

Years of hard work and tragedies she has lived through undermined her health. Kateryna Petrivna has had cancer, 4 operations, has osteoporosis and has almost lost her sight. Today her pension barely covers medicine, food and utilities.

Despite everything, she holds on and does not lose her dignity or her faith in human kindness.
