Mrs. Nina, 79

She devoted more than 52 years of her life to work and to people. Her working path began at a tank repair plant, where she worked in the printing department. Later she became a cashier, and in recent years a nanny, because what she always loved most in life was children.

She easily finds a common language with people, remembers the neighbours' stories, takes an interest in other people's affairs and never walks past someone else's trouble. It is no wonder that she was once the head of her stairwell; many residents of the building know and respect her, and she still keeps warm relations with them.

She has two sons, but they live far away. One of the sons has disability group 2, and a mother's heart constantly worries about him, even from a distance.

After the heart attack it became much harder for her to move actively and lead her usual way of life, so now she spends most of her time at home. But even in her own difficulties she tries to be useful to others, knitting warm socks for soldiers of the Armed Forces, putting care and gratitude to the defenders into every pair.

She is not used to complaining about life. On the contrary, she always tries to find a topic for a good conversation, to ask about the news and to support others with a word. It is such people who often remain unnoticed, yet keep a small world of humanity and warmth around them.
