By profession she is an economist. All her life she worked with figures, reports and documents, attentively, responsibly and very conscientiously. Colleagues valued her for her accuracy, her calm character and her ability to always see a task through.

Today her life has changed radically because of serious illnesses. She has disability group 1, suffers from multiple sclerosis, serious liver damage and hypertension. Because of her health she uses a wheelchair and needs constant treatment and support.

What exhausts her most is not only the illness but the constant lack of money. About 75% of her pension goes on utilities, so almost nothing is left for medicine, food and basic needs.

She lives very quietly and modestly, does not like to complain and tries to keep her dignity even in the hardest circumstances. Attention and human warmth are extremely important to her; even a short visit or a simple conversation becomes a real event and a small celebration in the middle of difficult everyday life.

She receives every bit of help with great gratitude, because the support of caring people is especially important for her today.
